Full Refund If You Are Not 100% With Our Product Within 60 Days
We are 100% confident in our product's results. You may apply for a full refund, if you find out you don't get the results that are advertised on our website within 60 days after your delivery. Email us at: support@electricpenispump.com
Full Refund If Product is Not As Described Or Is Damaged
If you receive the product broken or product is not as described, you may apply for a full refund after the delivery of your product. Email us a photo or if necessary a video of the product for us to evaluate at: support@electricpenispump.com. If we evaluate that the product is not as described or was defected internally and not by physical abuse or mistreatment, we will give you a full refund or if you choose, we can send a new product as a replacement without the need for you to return the damaged product to our warehouse.
Full Refund If Product Is Not Delivered To You
You may apply for a full refund, if product does not arrive within 20 days (for United States) and 35 days (for international delivery) after placing your order. Email us at: support@electricpenispump.com
1 Year Warranty
If an internal defect occurs in the product, we offer a 1 year warranty. Send us an email with a short video of the product defect at: support@electricpenispump.com. If we evaluate that the product was defected internally and not by physical abuse or mistreatment by you, we will give you a full refund or if you choose, we can send a new product as a replacement without the need for you to return the damaged product to our warehouse.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved to your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
